25% gin
Add as much orange juice to match the liquor, also some lime
juice with the lime hulls added, then sweeten to taste. Whip up
white of egg and placea fluff on each glass, then some cinnamon
dusted on top. Use large bar glass.

I jigger of "Southern Comfort"
Yz lime
Sweeten to taste, with a little whipped cream
Fill shaker with cracked ice, shake well and serve
in tall narrow goblet.
