Champagne Cocktail
One bottle of wine to every six large glasses
5^ teaspoonful of sugar
I or 2 dashes of bitters
1 piece of lemon peel
Fill tumbler one-third full of broken ice, and fill
balance with wine. Shake well and serve.
Clover Cocktail
For six people
2 limes, squeezed
Sweeten to taste
7 measures of Gordon gin
3 measures of grenadine
Yz cup of whipped cream
First shake lime juice, gin, and grenadine. Then
add whipped cream and shakewell again.
Coney Cocktail
Yz jigger Bailor vermouth
Yz jigger Gordon dry gin
Yz glass fine ice
Frappe, strain, and serve with lemon peel.
