Tom Martin: CORRESPONDENCE
Reciprocal invitation received from the Windsor Yacht Club inviting NCYC members to their
facilities.
Thank you card from Rear Commodore Randy Pagel was received for the flowers we sent.
Letter received from First Mates past President, Debbie Siwek requesting a financial
donation in the same amount as prior years for the First Mates Fashion Show. Frank
Corcoran to verify past support. The fashion show is scheduled for April 30, 2016.

I received an e-mail from Brad Pienta asking what he could do about his 2016 work hours.
He is in the Coast Guard and will be on the east coast most of the summer.
An exemption
to the hours was discussed and approved by the board 2 years ago.
Discussion ongoing on how to coordinate flower fund with the First Mates. Tom Martin to
provide correspondence received, and Randy Pagel to work to see if a single flower point of
distribution can be established.

March Club House Report
I will be going to the island on Saturday, March 12 with Hugh Vestal to make a list of materials
needed to continue the bar construction project.
An inventory of all light bulbs will be made while I’m on the island, so that we may begin
replacing them with energy efficient bulbs.
A list of material will be generated for new weather station
I need a location of new cameras so that a material list can be generated
I have spoken to P/C Angers about Direct Energy Renewal.
