This prohibition against harassment based on a protected category applies to all
employees, including supervisors and managers, as well as to visitors and other
non-employees.
The protections and obligations of this policy apply to all employees as well as to
persons assigned to work at YFAI through a temporary help agency.
If you believe you have been subjected to or witnessed harassment related to a
protected category committed by anyone, including visitors and other non-
employees, you should immediately report the matter to his/her Department
Manager or to a Human Resources Representative. YFAI wants to know of any
harassment so it can take appropriate action.
Every complaint of harassment will be promptly investigated. To the
extent consistent with YFAI’s obligation to conduct a thorough investigation and
take appropriate corrective action, any complaints of harassment will be treated
as confidential by the Company consistent with the Company’s need to
investigate the matter.
YFAI will take appropriate corrective action, up to and including discharge,
against any individual who violates this policy.
YFAI will not in any way retaliate against anyone who, in good faith, makes a
complaint or report of harassment, or participates in the investigation of such a
complaint or report. Retaliation by anyone against any individual for reporting a
claim of harassment or cooperating in the investigation of same will not be
tolerated and will be cause for appropriate discipline, including discharge.

the attention of the Human Resource Manager, Plant Manager, or the Human

WORKPLACE VIOLENCE
YFAI will not tolerate any conduct that threatens, intimidates, or coerces an employee,
customer, or member of the public at any time. Accordingly, possession of firearms,
weapons, and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances anywhere on YFAI
property will result in immediate discharge.
