OFFERING DEADLINE &
PROCESS
Perspective purchasers are invited to drive by each of the
properties and conduct exterior inspections only prior
to submitting an offer.
Please do not enter the buildings
or disturb tenants.
Interior inspections will be conducted
during due diligence only.
The prospective purchaser will be selected by the Owner
in consultation with Cushman & Wakefield.
Written notification will be sent regarding the bid date.
Initial bids must be submitted to the attention of Anne
Spencer and Travis Ives at Cushman & Wakefield. The
Owner reserves the right to accept an offer prior to
this date or to remove the Property from the market at
any time.
