At this time the caller is borderline regarding booking the business with the Manager. Manager did express a genuine
interest in the caller’s needs during the initial call, however had not followed through with materials and did not place a
follow up call to seek a decision. To be successful in the future, it is recommended that the manager uncover more
information during the qualification portion of the call and pursue the caller until a decision is reached.

Caller would probably book space with Manager; however, there are a few areas of growth. We recommend that she
conduct a thorough qualification and offer a detailed and enticing hotel description. However, because Manager
attempted to close on the booking and addressed the caller’s objection, she effectively convinced Caller to use her
property.
