Nine other alumni helped kick off

the weekend by participating in Homecoming’s first

ever Ram-2-Ram Alumni Career Seminar, which featured

former students sharing advice with current students

on how to prepare for life after college. The alumni —

Donnie Bales (’10), Joshua Cline (’09), Emily Sears Cook

(‘12), Jerry Frech (’10), Jeremy Hardy (’08), Celia Jones

(’12), Christian Ruark (’10), Beth Tinsley (’12) and Rev. Brad

least about their work, challenges on the job, internships,

and Christianity in the workplace.

Day one of Homecoming concluded with a BC Theatre

presentation of

The Three Musketeers

, a women’s

volleyball conference win over Union University, and a

pep rally, featuring games, cornhole, s’mores, music by

the Ram Band, the introduction of the Rams football

team, motivational speeches and videos, and a first for

Homecoming, a brilliant fireworks show, made possible by

the Town of Bluefield.

Day two began with the Annual Alumni Association
