FIBA basketball is a little different from NBA basketball. FIBA’s games, for ex-
ample, are divided into ten-minute quarters instead of the NBA’s twelve-minute
quarters. Time-outs, the three-point-line, zone defense, and fouls are all handled
a bit differently in FIBA games from what they are in the NBA.
Basketball has even played a role in international politics! Here, Chinese Vice Premier Wang
