PROJECT DESCRIPTION
These funds would be used to support the city’s Urban Development Investment
Program, fund public/private initiative to develop a corporate park, and fund
necessary infrastructure projects (i.e. steetscape and water/sewer infrastructure)
that would allow continued growth in the area’s economy and the creation of
new jobs for our citizens. Utilization of the fund for land acquisition and
preparation of ready-to-build sites would alleviate a current critical shortcoming
that the area faces in recruiting industrial and business prospects.
