Stale Issues
Search for stale issues within multiple accounts.

Up to 18 months of data are available; a maximum of three months may be
retrieved during a single search.

First, select the desired output method for the report. Choose either
Screen
(HTML),
CSV
file (for spreadsheet programs) or
(can be saved or printed).

Select the type of account from which to view issues. Click
Go
.

Select the desired account.

Next, enter a date. This can be all dates, a specific date or a range of dates. For all
dates, simply select
All
. To enter a specific date, select
Specific date
and issue the
date in the provided spaces, or by using the calendar feature. To enter a range of dates,
select
From
and issue the beginning date and end date (
To
) in the provided spaces or
by using the calendar feature. You may also select to review activity from the
Previous
business day
.

Click
Generate Report
to review results of your search criteria.
