Account Services: Positive Pay
Issue Status
Search for exception decisions within multiple accounts.

Up to 18 months of data are available; a maximum of three months may be
retrieved during a single search.

First, select the desired output method for the report. Choose either
Screen
(HTML),
CSV
file (for spreadsheet programs) or
(can be saved or printed).

Select the type of account from which to view issue status. Click
Go
.

Select the desired account.

Next, enter a date. This can be a specific date or a range of dates. To enter a specific
date, select
Specific date
and issue the date in the provided spaces, or by using the
calendar feature. To enter a range of dates, select
From
and issue the beginning date
and end date (
To
) in the provided spaces or by using the calendar feature.

Select the date type:
Issued date
,
Posted date
or
Status updated date
.

Enter an optional amount by selecting
Amount
and entering it in the provided space.
You may also provide an amount range by selecting
Range
and entering a minimum
and maximum amount. Next, enter an optional check number.

Generate Report
to review results of your search criteria.
