EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION GUIDE

Plumbing Contractor 1. Make final water and drain connections to ice machine and ice storage bin.

Electrical Contractor 1. Ensure proper electrical connections at ice head and remote condenser on roof. 2. Electrical contractor must run ice machine control wire per local code. 3. Electrician to make final connection of high and low voltage wiring.

Ice Machine FASC 1. Connect refrigeration line to ice machine (and head pressure control kit if appropriate for ice machine being connected to Mac condenser) and remote condenser and charge lines as necessary. 2. Confirm proper connection of water, drain and power to unit. 3. Start-up and calibrate icemaker. (Notify KES installer, owner operator, and ice machine manufacture of any installation issue, clearly define corrective action needed). 4. Set up training session with restaurant operations on proper care of equipment. 5. Notify ice machine manufacturer of completion of start-up. Owner Operator 1. If final connections were not possible during installation week, arrange for start-up of icemaker with FASC. KES Installer 1. Unpack and set in position. 2. Verify that the center island and Drive thru has been wired correctly for the type of machine provided. Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect plastic water line from water filter assembly for coffee machine to manifold water line. If water is over 200 TDS then coffee maker is recommended to be hooked up to RO system. Make final connection. 2. Following the water connection by Beverage installer plug into electrical source and perform a quick check to be sure unit is operative. Coffee Makers

WARNING: Failure to fill coffee maker with water prior to operation may cause severe damage.

Orange Juice Dispenser (Non-Carbonated Beverage Dispenser)

KES Installer 1. Unpack and set into position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect approved 1/2” beverage tubing from a chilled from a boosted water line in the nearest python to the orange juice machine. Make final connection. 2. Make water connection

FASC 1. Plug into electrical source and perform quick check to be sure unit is operative. 2. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance.

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.
