KES Installer 1. Unpack and set into position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run and connect water lines per manufacturer’s specifications.

FASC 1. Plug into electrical source and perform quick check to be sure unit is operative 2. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance.

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.

Blended Ice Machine

KES Installer 1. Unpack and set into position.

Beverage Installer 1. Run plastic water line and properly identify all lines from boosted and pre-filtered water assembly and make final connection. 2. Run approved CO2 line from back room and make final connection. 3. Contact KES to coordinate start up Blended Ice FASC 1. Following water and CO2 connection by Beverage Installer plug into electrical source and perform a quick check to be sure unit is operative. 2. Train store personnel on operation and maintenance

Owner Operator 1. Ensure product is available for start-ups and training.

Combi Oven

ACM 1. Advise owner as to local code requirements on fire protection

KES Installer 1. Unpack, inspect and place in appropriate position if kitchen conditions allow.

Beverage Installer 1. Supply, run, and connect all water lines. Install Drain Box.

Plumbing Contractor 1. Supply and install drains per manufacturer specs

Owner Operator 1. Order combi-oven cleaning supplies ahead of equipment startup. 2. If advised by ACM that a fire protection system is required per local code, contract Fire protection FASC to supply, permit, and install fire protection system.
