tiny 4x4mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like attenuators, significantly improving system performance and saving board space. These fixed-value, absorptive attenuators are fabricated through highly repetitive MMIC processing with thin-film resistors on GaAs substrates and achieve ultra- wideband performance with a single, contiguous ground-plane, simplifying installation into customer hybrids. Fabricated using E-PHEMT technology, this model provides 15.6dB gain with ±0.2dB gain flatness, +45.5dBm IP3, +58.1dBm IP2, 20.6dB reverse isolation and 2.9dB noise figure. It operates on a single 9V supply with 110mA typical current consumption and comes housed in a tiny SOT-89 package. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ Ultra- Wideband Amplifier Provides High Dynamic Range, Flat Gain from 0.5 to 18 GHz Mini-Circuits’ ZVA-183G+ is a Class-A, four-stage, unconditionally stable amplifier providing 27dB gain with ±2.0dB flatness over its entire operating frequency range. This model is capable of delivering up to 1/2W output power at PSAT with 3dB noise figure and +36dBm IP3, making it ideal for a wide range of sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications in systems where high performance over very wide frequency range is needed. The amplifier operates on a +15V supply and features built-in safety features including protection against reverse bias and immunity to accidental open and short loads. It comes housed in a rugged, compact aluminum alloy case (4.18x3.36x3.57”) with SMA connectors and an optional heat sink for efficient cooling. Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Low Pass Filter Passes DC to 2000MHz with High Stopband Rejection Mini-Circuits’ revolutionary X-series reflectionless filters now include two and three section designs, giving you ultra-high stopband rejection for applications where suppression of strong spurious signals and intermods is needed. New model XLF-172H+ has a passband from DC to 2000MHz and stopband from 3600 to 20000MHz. The filter provides 1.7dB passband insertion loss, 1.3:1 passband VSWR, and high stopband rejection of 28dB at 3600MHz and 47dB at 3800MHz. The filter is matched to 50Ω in its stopband with VSWR of 1.2:1 up to 3800MHz and 1.5:1 up to 20000MHz. It also provides excellent power handling of up to 7.9W in the passband and 1.58W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a
