Break Down

Your captain will check with the hosting member about breaking down the buffet stations. He or she is also going to ask them if they would like to keep something of the food for themselves. Always wait for the captain's okay before you start breaking down anything. As soon as all guests have left you are going to start breaking down everything. Make sure all of our equipment goes back in the truck. You are also responsible for putting the house back together. All the furniture which you might have moved has to go back to the place where it belongs to. If you have used any equipment of our members, e.g. glasses, china, coffee machine it is your responsibility to clean that up and put it back where you found it. Before you are leaving the house double check your list that you bring everything back to the Club House and that nothing is left behind a the members homes. When you arrive back at the Main Club everything goes back to the place where it belongs to. Dirty linen to Housekeeping, dirty dishes, glass and silverware is going to the dishwasher, tables and chairs are going back to the pyramid and the storage rooms, sodas are going back to the dry storage room and liquor has to be placed back in the liquor room. Let the hosting member check if everything is okay. Ask them if they would like you to do anything else.

Do not forget to clean up the truck and return it back to the place it belongs to. Also return the keys back to the catering office.

Do not leave anything at the loading dock or anywhere else where it not belongs to.

Clean up after yourselves.
