Ringing the check

After everything is stored away the check will be rung in, according to the information on the BEO. The captain is responsible for charging the member. He or she has to make sure that the party is being charged correctly with: - the right number of guests with the right amount of the food charge - beverages depending on if it is going to be charged by person or if it is a fix amount - 6.5 % Florida State tax -

After Catering Manager reviewed the Check and made sure that everything is cleaned up after the event the staff will get paid.
