there and we will make sure the area is clear for you to work. Moving material is easy, we have a full time laborer move material on a daily basis to keep trades moving . It’s easy to take a photo put it in a report (that SWJV does not see) and be silent and not communicate to SWJV that material block ng Spearhead’s progress. Please advise your field staff that they need to verbally communicate with SWJV. We are here to make Spearhead and the project successful.   Our work right now is primarily at the perimeters, along the column lines at the trusses, and at the Brooklyn Diner. We have been expecting since November that these areas would be mostly cleaned out for us. A SWJV schedule (2-week look ahead) has been requested since September to help us plan out the other trades and coordinate our schedules. This has never been provided, and forces Spearhead to re-actively respond to other trades schedules. Understand that we have been requesting that all of the trades are out of our way. This doesn't need to be coordinated or verbally communicated during our meetings. Simply, we need to have full access to our work sites, for all of December and until the project is complete. Suggest that you/Sean walk the site twice a week with SWJV so we can make sure we’re all addressing the same issues and move forward productively for all.   Our full time Site Super and foreman walks the site everyday, coord nating the issues we're having with SWJV every day.  They have a more ntimate understanding of the specific needs.  When we receive an email about being beh nd schedule, even though we have not received a schedule from SWJV since June, is when Spearhead Management has to address the compound ng issues we're having.   We need: Schedule from SWJV for the balance of the project.  We only have a few weeks left, it should be feasible for SWJV to provide us with a final schedule since one has not been provided to date.   All of our work areas accessible, nspections and rough-in work complete.   No more rejection of our deliveries, and mov ng the material from the ground to our work areas in an expeditious manner.   From: Andee Sent: Friday, December 20, 2019 12:42 AM To: Trause, Zachary ; Sean ; Gary Cc: Corallo, Frank ; Carson, Bill ; Bilgen, Murat ; Kirby, Mackenzie ; Mock, Brian Subject: Re: Spearhead Tuesday Plann ng Meet ng Follow up Hi Zack, Thanks for your note. Understand the need to expedite the soffits. Remember, the "battle plan" we shared on the 4th for the trusses and soffits was ambitious and only had a chance if more areas opened up for us to work. The majority of the soffit framing we had hoped to accomplish last week got pushed into this week due to congestion on the bridge. This past Tuesday, we reiterated the need for access to areas, particularly around the moving wa kway. When unexpected obstacles arrive (e.g., x-ray of columns), we are hopping to other areas to keep moving. We also recognize the need to get our framing installed so that other subcontractors can follow (e.g., sprinkler subcontractor). It doesn't help the project when those follow-on subs damage framing that we already installed. It's also unproductive when the same subcontractor uses the spider for nearly the entire 2nd shift and then takes the key home so nobody can use it. Spearhead can add more workers, especially for the ceilings, once we have space to work. In the meantime, would be helpful if SWJV reminded the follow-on subcontractors to take care when they're working within the soffit framing and be respectful of other trades that also need to use the spider. If someone leaves with the key to equipment that others are also relying on, that individual should be required to come back to the job site and return the key. I've attached a few of our Field Notes with mark-ups for your review. I'll also be on site, Saturday and Monday and will speak with Gary and Sean regarding the ceiling framing, specifically.

I'm available, tomorrow, after lunch if you have any questions.

Take care,

-Andee

Per Spearhead’s schedule reviewed a couple of weeks ago, we are behind. Please put additional crews on this work to allow our subcontractors’ follow-up work (ie spr nkler heads and fire alarm devices) to beg n. Thank you.
