SCOPE OF WORK/SUPPLY AND CLARIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS Building Framing & Partitions

This Lump Sum Subcontractor is to provide for the furnishing and installing of all necessary work for the Building Framing & Partitions Scope of Work for Pedestrian Bridge B as outlined in this Exhibit A and on the related drawings, specifications, Exhibits and other Contract Documents (the “Work”). It is further understood that all appurtenances, related scope of any kind, and scope implied by the intent of the specifications are included. In the event two sets of documents conflict, the Subcontractor includes the most stringent provision in price and execution plan.

SCOPE OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

Project Description Overview: LaGuardia Airport, located in the borough of Queens, New York City has been operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ- the Authority). The Airport is approximately 8 miles from midtown, consist of 680 acres and can currently accommodate up to 76 aircraft gates spread across four terminals. The LaGuardia Airport Capital Infrastructure Program called New Improvements includes projects to be undertaken by the Authority concurrently with the CTB Replacement Project. The new facility associated with this Scope of Work is Pedestrian Bridge B (Connects Head House and Concourse B). The Pedestrian Bridge B will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple subcontract agreements. Access to the Pedestrian Bridge B will be a Contractor-installed turnstile for personnel and material access depending on trucking size can be by day time hours through site construction fence or escorted thru airside during airport off hours. The overall Pedestrian Bridge B (Area BF & BG) is approximately by 440’ +/- connecting Bridge from Head House to Concourse B. Pedestrian Bridge B from grade elevation is approximately 50 feet tall to the underside of the Bridge and 100’ tall to the roof elevation of the bridge. Access to the Bridge main level 4 will be by stair tower until the permanent metal pan stairs are installed. A landing platform only will be provided by Contractor for Subcontractor use upon coordinated delivery of their material. 1. Subcontractor will furnish, deliver, and install a complete Building Framing & Partitions Scope of Work. Subcontractor will also provide any design, engineering, detailing, and coordination service required by the Contract Documents, including any requirements set forth in this Agreement. 2. This Exhibit A supersedes all previous proposals given by Subcontractor regarding the exclusions and inclusions for this Scope of Work unless qualifications or exclusions are expressly noted herein. 3. To achieve the high level of quality the Port Authority and Developer intend, Subcontractor must be focused on detail, and sufficiently flexible to respond to refinements in design of its Work as the Project develops.
