EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York .

3. Subcontractor is responsible for all drywall on Level 4 from Head House to Concourse B including Elevator Control Room (CB4L-501), Mechanical Room (CB4L- 500),Roof Access Corridor (CB4L-502), Level 4 Elevator Lobby and shaft wall, escalator wall and high ceiling at underside of roof deck from elevation 73’-9” to elevation 112’-0” from B0’ to BT.3 Line. 4. Subcontractor shall furnish and install impact resistant drywall where applicable 5. Subcontractor responsible for all shaft wall enclosure and build out except underside of escalator shaft wall (by others). 6. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all chase wall enclosures for any piping and mechanical equipment. 7. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all gypsum board assemblies for Stairwell (STE-01) from Level 4 to Roof Level this is all considered public space. 8. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all framing and drywall partitions at fire shutter at column line B5’ including swing pocket detail and nested deployable egress door with magnetic hold open catch per A84-73-00-00-00. Framing and Drywall to be coordinated with overhead coiling door with integral egress door vendor. 9. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all framing and drywall enclosures at retail header enclosure and coordinate framing with manually operated folding security system track along BR Line as shown on A21-AJ-4L-BG-6C and A84-74-00-00-00. 10. Subcontractor will coordinate and provide cutouts with various subcontractors requiring installation of electrical devices, lighting fixtures, fire alarm devices, public address systems, data ports, electrical outlets, switches, pipe penetrations, sprinkler heads, air outlets, and any other items as shown on the Contract Documents, drawings, and specifications. 11. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for Gypsum board assemblies. 12. Subcontractor is responsible for providing all samples for trim accessories and reveals. 13. Subcontractor shall furnish and install Gypsum Board Assembly Mockup prior to beginning installation. Install Mockup of at least 100 SF in surface area to demonstrate aesthetic effects and set quality standards for materials and execution including all devices such as light fixtures and ductwork for a complete mockup as required by Contract Documents, specifications and drawings. 14. Subcontractor shall be responsible for structural performance. Provide Steel framing capable of supporting specified gypsum board panels and withstanding design loads within limits and under conditions for horizontal deflection and positive and negative pressures as set forth in the Contract Documents. 15. Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing seismic performance of the gypsum board assemblies that shall withstand the effects of earthquake motion determine according to ASCE/SEI 7. 16. Subcontractor shall furnish and install fire stopping at metal stud framing tracks as indicated on the Contract Documents. 17. Subcontractor is responsible for furnishing and installation of all flat strap, backing plates, and supplementary framing in gypsum board shaft wall assemblies around openings and as required for blocking, bracing, and support of gravity and pullout loads of fixtures, equipment, services, heavy trim, furnishings, wall mounted door stops, and other items that cannot be supported by shaft wall assembly systems. 18. Subcontractor responsible for steel framing components for suspended and furred ceilings.
