EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . 19. Subcontractor shall furnish and install tape joints for gypsum board assemblies and provide level 5 finish for all exposed compounded gypsum board surfaces. 20. Subcontractor is not permitted to install any hangers, clips, inserts, or penetrate the deck at level 4 ceiling which is considered the finish roof system. Subcontractor is responsible for suspending gypsum board ceiling system, soffits, and any other requirements by means of attaching to structural steel members. 21. Subcontractor is responsible for any fire stopping requirements as it pertains to the Work (top of wall, bottom of wall, and any other area related to gypsum board assemblies). 22. Each respective subcontractor will be responsible for providing fire stopping of Electrical, Mechanical, and Piping penetrations. This however is not part of this Scope of Work. 23. Subcontractor is responsible to furnish and install all insulation and sound attenuation blankets where indicated and related to the gypsum board assembly. 24. Subcontractor is responsible for all drywall and framing system as well as any required blocked located behind drywall for Trespa Panels at Elevator Lobbies. Blocking and framing gauge size to be coordinated with Phenolic Panel subcontractor. Phenolic Panel subcontractor shall be responsible for any blocking attaching to drywall surface. 25. Gypsum board with specified requirements for fire resistance, finish level, moisture or mold resistance, sound rating, shaft assemblies, tiling for interior or exterior applications. 26. Tile backing panel required for Tiling and Terrazzo Work and locations to be by this Subcontractor. I. Spec Section 06105 - Rough Carpentry: Plywood Backboards, tele-data, electrical & equipment backboards, strapping, plates wood blocking or backing in metal support partition framing systems or ceiling suspension systems where required by Contract Documents and specifications including, but not limited to: 1. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all wood blocking. 2. Subcontractor shall furnish and install fire-retardant treated material and submit certified test reports. 3. Subcontractor is responsible to furnish and install all flat metal strap and/or wood blocking as required including any backing plates and supplementary framing in gypsum board shaft wall assemblies, around openings, blocking, bracing, support of gravity/pullout loads of fixtures, equipment, services, heavy trim, furnishings, wall mounted door stops, handrails, toe guard rail, phenolic paneling, and other items that cannot be supported by shaft wall assembly systems.

J. Layout: Subcontractor to include layout with total station from fixed points on each floor. i.e. not from gridlines.

K. General Application: Furnish and Install all Backing systems to include, but not be limited to: a) Subcontractor to coordinate and install backer plates or wall-bracing or ceiling bracing as required to support wall or ceiling-attached equipment and finishes:  Cabinets, millwork, casework, wood trim  Sound Absorbing Wall Systems and Flush Wood Paneling Systems
