EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . Hollow Metal Frames and, Finish Hardware Supplier (LIF). This includes review of Supplier’s submittals and validating frame types, styles, ratings, sizes, and opening align with partition type, location, fire rating, STC rating and other performance elements at each location. 4. Electrical: As part of the Scope of Work, Subcontractor to review electrical wiring pathways for security and electronic Finish Hardware to ensure adequate space at jambs or head of doors allows installation or access for devices. Further, Subcontractor to review door prep for wireways through door panels with Supplier (LIF) / Manufacturer. 5. Subcontractor to develop logistics and plan to coordinate delivery sequence, receive, unload, inspect, store at onsite as selected by Contractor. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for inventory management for all pre-purchased Hollow Metal Door Frames and Window Frames. Inventory management includes, but is not limited to: sorting and cataloging all materials and items at a jobsite staging area; verification that all received materials are within the scope and specifications of the contract documents; off- load of received materials and distribution to install locations. 7. Subcontractor includes all attachment, anchors, and accessories to complete installation. 8. Subcontractor to furnish and install insulation in door frame cavities required to meet fire, sound or thermal ratings. 9. Installation of hollow metal door frames to meet specified tolerances to insure fit-up of doors, finish hardware and other accessories or devices meets Technical Specification requirements. Locations not complying and meeting requirements will be removed and replaced by Subcontractor at its own expense. 10. Provide any and all testing including any push pulls testing of doors and hardware. 11. Subcontractor shall provide any means of hoisting and moving doors and hardware received from Contractor to location of installation. 12. Subcontractor includes all Services for ongoing adjustments / maintenance per Specifications for period stated. Final adjustment and any latching and hardware to work properly prior to turnover. P. Access Doors and Frames: Subcontractor includes the following concerning Access Doors and Frames which to be billed using the Access Door Allowance 1. Furnish and install access doors and panels in accordance with Contract Documents. Installation will comply with Specifications and manufacturer’s instructions. 2. Furnish and install all Access Panels shown in floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans and details in the Contract Documents and includes: a) Ceiling Access Panels including framing and support within suspension system. b) Wall access panels at Rated Shaft and Wall locations. c) Assemblies to be functional at location for swing, size, rating, security access and function with adjacent finishes or assemblies. d) Include added backing, framing at head, jamb, sill or perimeter of access panel. e) When access is for MEP devices, panels, and valves or in wall system components, this Subcontractor will coordinate with other trades to insure access panel size and location. f) Convenience Outlet Access Panel Q. Specialties: Subcontractor includes Install (specialties furnished by others), the following concerning specialties in accordance with Contract Documents. Installation will comply with Specifications and manufacturer’s instructions.
