EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . 4. Provide in-colors as specified. 5. The joint application and finishing methods will meet quality expectations for this Project. 6. Subcontractor to provide and acquire approval of joint finishes and methods for application, tooling and finish to establish a baseline for the Project. 7. For all STC/Smoke requirement relating to Gypsum Board Assemblies. 1. Install at perimeter boundary (top, bottom, vertical) and joints in Fire rated walls, enclosures, assemblies and smoke barriers. 2. Firestop, fire-safing and fire-resistive sealants at top of fire-rated partitions, rated shaft walls, rated furred walls, rated duct enclosures, transition between structural steel, concrete, precast, CMU and GWB assembly, and other rated assemblies. 3. At steel or concrete floor decks or roof deck, the flutes at partition-head will also be filled with closures per details and as required by Specifications. 4. Fire caulk at the base of partitions and vertical joints between rated partition assemblies and adjacent substrates or framing. 5. At door frames, access panel frames, or window frames in fire rated partitions, fire stop and fire caulk around the frames to maintain partition rating. 6. Subcontractor will include all accessories for a complete installation. 7. Subcontractor will protect surfaces of adjacent work and clean any overspray. 8. Not Included: Penetrations through fire rated assemblies, enclosure or smoke barriers. This includes, but is not limited to, MEP penetrations, boxes, cabinets, sprinkler heads, security cameras, life safety devices, strobes, sensors or other devices or components that reside within or attach to Subcontractor’s Work. O. Hollow Metal Doors, Door and Window Frames and Finish Hardware:  Base Scope: Subcontractor to receive, inventory, inspect, and install Hollow Metal and Stainless Steel Door, Hardware and Window Frames for openings within all Partitions types. N. Firestopping: Subcontractor to furnish and install the Firestopping related to this Subcontractor’s Work in accordance with Contract Documents.
