EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . 3. Submittals: Subcontractor includes the following items of Work and comply with all requirements in the Contract Documents. A. Detailing: Detailing services to develop calculations, erection drawings, layout and arrangement drawings, shop drawings, fabrication and detail drawings, product data / cut sheets, and other submittals as required by Division 1 Specifications, Technical Specifications, Drawing notes, attachments, exhibits and Contract Documents. B. Complete Systems: Subcontractor to incorporate the performance requirements, performance criteria, design intent, means and methods and procedures to provide fully functional and complete systems in compliance with the Contract Documents. C. Accurate Submittals: Subcontractor is solely responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all submittals and calculations. Subcontractor is portraying the information as accurate, correct, credible, and reliable for use by Skanska/Walsh JV; that the information is not fraudulent or misleading; and is submitted in full compliance with the requirements of Contract Documents for use in coordinating and planning Work. 4. LEED / Sustainability Compliance: Subcontractor to incorporate LEED compliance and sustainable systems to levels and limits as stated in Contract requirements, including all necessary submittals, documentation, and other activities to certify and achieve the Project’s program levels specified. 5. VDC/ BIM Services (see Exhibit PS-11): The Project design will be translated and managed into a three-dimensional product as outlined in the Contract Documents. Subcontractor to provide support as required based on Subcontractor’s role and Scope of Work. 6. Acceptance of Conditions and Work of Others: Subcontractor to exercise its responsibility stated in the Contract Documents to verify that the contiguous work of other trades is acceptable before starting its installation over existing or new substrates or transitions around work of others. Subcontractor’s start of its Work in these areas is its agreement that the contiguous work of other trades is acceptable. 7. Suitable Conditions: Subcontractor to install work in conditions suitable for installation and application as outlined in the technical specifications and the manufacturer’s product specifications without compromising system performance, finishes, warranty, guarantee or other provisions of the Contract Documents. 8. Inspections: This Subcontractor is responsible for scheduling all inspections with the local municipalities, agencies and other authorities having jurisdiction and with Contractor. 9. Contract Close-out: Subcontractor to provide and perform all close-out activities including, but not limited to, record documents, submittals, O&M’s, training records, test reports, extra stock material turnover, Punch List completion, warranty and guarantee documents, and other items required by the Contract Documents.
2.0 GENERAL SCOPE REQUIREMENTS Subcontractor is responsible to review and include the provisions of Exhibit X, and X-1 – Site Requirements and Logistics, and Overall Site Logistics Plan, as part of this Section 2 – General Scope Requirements.
2.01 Shipping Protocol
1. Just-in-Time Deliveries: Subcontractor to coordinate with Skanska/Walsh JV a “just-in-time” delivery schedule and provide notice to Contractor of approved deliveries in advance per Exhibit X .
