EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . Subcontractor to sequence and schedule deliveries to the Site in correlation with Exhibit D – Project Schedule and Milestones. 2. Subcontractor’s fabricated systems will be shop fabricated as much as possible, including erection aids, for minimal assembly in the field. Details to be provided for approval and clearly display assemblies that will be shipped as complete as possible from the Subcontractor’s fabrication point. Subcontractor may elect to establish assembly operations onsite after obtaining specific permission from Contractor. 3. Subcontractor to tag all materials prior to shipment for easy offloading at the Project Site and identify all materials in Subcontractor’s erection and placement drawings. 4. Subcontractor to include and ship the number of truck loads to support the Project Schedule. Contractor will not be limited by a Subcontractor’s qualification for a “minimum” load weight requirement before shipping. Subcontractor is responsible for timely delivery as required to maintain the Project Schedule. 5. Upon delivery of materials, Subcontractor to unload, inspect and inventory all materials to verify any duplicates or shortages of material. Subcontractor to immediately notify Contractor’s designated field representative of any missing or damaged materials. Shipping lists will be maintained in real time in accordance with the Project’s material tracking protocol. 6. Subcontractor is responsible for removing shipping tarps and dunnage as it arrives onsite. Any damage will be noted and acknowledged at time of offloading. Unloading areas to be kept clean, neat and safe at all times. 7. Damaged Goods will not relieve Subcontractor from responsibility to perform Work per the Project Schedule. 2.02 Mis-fabrications: Any materials found at the jobsite mis-fabricated will require an acceptable plan for re- fabrication or replacement within 24 hours by Subcontractor; once Subcontractor discovers the error through its QA/QC examination or receives notification from Skanska/Walsh JV of the defective Work. 2.03 Preconstruction Coordination Meeting: Subcontractor to attend preconstruction coordination meetings scheduled by Contractor with Subcontractor, other Subcontractors, the Port Authority, Developer, and/or Designer. Refer to the Contract Documents for additional reporting and meeting requirements. A. Delivery: Subcontractor to plan for standard size loads to be delivered during normal work hours. Oversized deliveries will occur OUTSIDE of normal working hours (see Exhibit X ), unless scheduled and approved otherwise with the Contractor’s Project Manager or Superintendent or designated representative. Subcontractor will be familiar with Project access and delivery locations around the Project Site. Subcontractor will make provision for offsite staging, traffic control, permits and all other costs associated with off hour delivery of materials. B. Freight/ Transport: Subcontractor includes all freight or transport costs to located materials to the jobsite. Subcontractor to include all required local, state and federal transportation permits, fees and truck stand-by cost where applicable. C. Permits / License: Subcontractor is responsible to obtain all local, state and federal permits, licenses, and pay all fees required for its operations and to perform its Work, including detailing, fabrication, and delivery, including street use, oversized vehicles, and additional fees or permits to execute the work and services required. 2.04 General Items
