EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York . D. Material Tests / Inspections: Subcontractor to cooperate and provide access for agents or representatives designated to conduct in shop inspections and material tests, as specified in the Contract Documents. Cost of any required onsite or offsite testing is included. Subcontractor to arrange and pay for all mock-up or performance testing. E. Onsite Inspections by Subcontractor: Subcontractor to perform its own inspections of its Work at the Site to satisfy that all conditions and requirements of the installation are met and are satisfactory to Contractor. Refer to Exhibit R for further definition. F. Morning Meetings: Subcontractor to have at a minimum at least one of their lead foreman, general foreman, or Superintendent attends a morning meeting at the designated project’s location. The morning meeting will commence sharply at 6:30 AM and will be completed by no later than 7:00 AM. This meeting is essential for the proper coordination and execution of safe work on this project. Subcontractor and Contractor agree that Subcontractor is responsible to engage competent supervisory and superintendent personnel on the Project pursuant to Exhibit E, Article 7.2, and Subcontractor will notify Contractor prior to any changes to its “Key Personnel” designated for this Project. In the event Subcontractor changes any of its Key Personnel, Subcontractor will have fifteen (15) days from the date of the change to appoint a replacement, and Contractor will have fifteen (15) days thereafter to provide written notice of its objections, but the failure to object will be deemed Contractor’s approval of the change. In the event that Subcontractor fails to cure within such time, the Contractor will be entitled to withhold payments due or to become due under the Subcontract until Subcontractor cures by the appointment of replacement personnel approved by Contractor. Contractor’s approval will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed if the proposed replacement possesses equal or greater experience, skill, knowledge, and professional expertise in the relevant fields than the individual being replaced. G. Key Personnel:

3.0 ALLOWANCES: Allowance work stated below is included in the Subcontract Price. Allowance work will be reimbursed on a direct cost basis for actual materials and labor hours expended. Work will be tracked in accordance with Subcontract provisions relating to changes in work. The Skanska/Walsh JV reserves the right to direct the Subcontractor to complete other work outside of the work specifically defined in the Allowance. A. Subcontractor may only accrue cost charges against the allowances when directed and authorized by Skanska/Walsh JV in writing to the Subcontractor. B. The allowance values included in the Subcontract Price will be adjusted with an add or a deduct based on the actual costs incurred and is subject to Skanska/Walsh JV’s authorization. C. The following items are being carried as Allowances in the Scope of Work and will be included
