Terms and Conditions

„ „ Proposed rates are based on a minimum 12 month service agreement, terms and conditions to be mutually agreed upon.

„ „ Unit rates will be held fixed for the duration of the agreement up to 36 months.

„ „ No additional charges ie: utility, environmental, waste water, auto replacement, etc.

„ „ Floor mats will be the same cost regardless of delivery frequency or seasonality.

„ „ Shop towels, mops, and floor mats are billed at 100% of inventory needed to service the account.

„ „ Inventory adjustments must be approved by The Village of Germantown personnel in writing.

„ „ ITU AbsorbTech will provide a dedicated service representative for The Village of Germantown.

„ „ ITU AbsorbTech maintains ownership of all products provided (excluding direct purchase items).

„ „ Access to facilities be granted to ITU AbsorbTech Monday through Friday during normal business hours
