Frank Corcoran addressed the issue of avoiding duplication of funds/efforts when sending flowers to members who have had surgery, etc. To simplify the process, it was suggested that the oversight be the responsibility of the First Mates. Funding would be provided to the First Mates from the NCYC yearly budget. Marie indicated that the First Mates Bylaws includes a provision for flowers, and this would need to be discussed/amended by the First Mates general membership before being implemented. Randy Pagel will meet with Marie to discuss this further Supplies - Ian Blackburn At the board’s request, Ian reviewed the pricing for the high-end liquors. A motion was made by Ian to add a color for the high-end liquor with a price of $5.50 for the wand and $6.00 for juice and M&M Motion Ian Blackburn seconded Randy Pagel Motion carried.
