Topic # 1: Spouses as members: take to by-law committee One vote per household Liquor license review. Take to by-law committee. Motion Pat Carroll. Seconded Ian Blackburn. Motion approved. Topic # 2: Junior member definitions: Use the birthdate of the member instead of the NCYC membership date to determine when a junior has to become a full member (age 26). Remove the requirement to leave JR membership, if they get married.
