Frank article 7 section 13, general membership meeting date requirements: Very poor membership attendance during November membership meeting.

Recommendation to eliminate November meeting and conduct that meetings business in the October General Membership meeting so larger audience gets a voice on the budget and the year / 10 year plan. Take to by law meeting for General membership vote in June or October: Motion Frank Corcoran, Second by Bill Calihan Motion approved Adjournment MOTION: Bill Calihan second by Randy Pagel Motion Carried.
