My attention now turns to the vision and plan for 2025. I have already spent time updating all the tasks, open initiatives, and other projects that I in vison and aligns with members that have similar desire, would like to see done this year. Some projects may require additional support, but we have plenty of initiatives that will work within the budget. I have had some members express interest and/or committed to help on the H&G sub-committee so that they will not only provide other available H&G resources on any given day to help or communicate too, but also to get more done in 2025. Again, thanks to all that have helped with projects large and small and supported me in learning about this

Membership

Shelley Sweier

-Discussion was held regarding the membership cap for 2025 for boating members.

-Discussion was held and agreed to remove waitlist member who has not responded regarding a second sponsor.

- Member’s letter was read and discussed regarding his work hour completion for 3 years.

- Member was discussed regarding their concern about moving to boating and the fees involved.

- The membership and boating sections for the 2025 Roster are being updated. Members have been sending in information on their second boats, which is new for 2025.
