Secretary John Hickey The secretary transition went smoothly. Rear Commodore Mark Javery, as 2024 secretary, fulfilled his duties under Article VIII, Section 6, Subsection i of the NCYC By-Laws when he promptly turned over all secretary documents and materials to me in Q4 2024. I would like to thank him, the board, and the rest of the flag for welcoming me to this new position. End of Report

II. OLD BUSINESS -Treasurer - Christa Betts: 

$7,000 check was cashed for the Finn.

-Bill Frederickson is working on ClubExpress to see how the we can acclimate it to the needs of NCYC.

III. NEW BUSINESS -Yacht Club of America – PC Rick Romatz $500.00 Membership (200 – 250 cards needed). Christa Betts will mail out in the next few weeks .
