Parking Brake

Dependable design The parking brake on the A25D and A30D is an air- released, spring-applied disc brake on the propeller shaft behind the hitch. The longitudinal differential lock is always activated together with the parking brake to achieve braking effect on two axles. The parking brake can hold a loaded machine on grades up to 18%.

Emergency brake The parking brake is applied automatically if the brake pressure fails simultaneously in both circuits or if the key switch is turned off.
