Behaviour assessment The examinee:  encourages the student to develop in dealing with clients  encourages the student to develop in the institution’s activities  discusses various options with the student concerning the execution of the work within the institution  supervises the student in the development of a professional attitude that is suitable in the institution  provides the student with instructions and advice and coaches him  provides professional solicited and unsolicited feedback on the learning activities and the professional behaviour of the student  contributes actively in the student’s supervision and/or assessment interviews
