MONTHLY FITNESS CHALLENGES

Take part in our monthly fitness challenges and win bragging rights! Complete as many repetitions within 1 minute for each exercise. Names of participants will be displayed on the leader board in the Gym. CATEGORIES: Male

Female • 16-30 years • 31-50 years • 51 years and up

• 16-35 years • 36-50 years • 51 years and up

MAY 1 – 31: BOSU Ball 1-minute Challenge Exercises: 1. Squat Hops 2. Plank Push-ups 3. V-Ups JUNE 1 – JUNE 30: Swiss Ball 1-minute challenge Exercises: 1. Alternate Prone Twist 2. Push Ups 3. Alternate Lateral Crab Walk

Terms & conditions: • Registration is free! • Challenge must be assessed by a Club personal trainer • Register for a slot at the Sports Counter (challenge times from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays; by appointment only)

• Exercise routines can be found in the Gym • Minimum age of 16 years to participate
