I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 10:06 a.m.

II. Approval of Agenda. The following items were added to the agenda under open forum: a) Video Streaming and b) Substantive Change.

Elizabeth Spooner made the motion to accept agenda; Kimberly Ellis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
