It has been designed to meet the requirements of the Government Senior leader master’s degree apprenticeship standard. Course details Our Management and Leadership course will develop your future managers’ and leaders’ skills through insights, commercial application and effective management frameworks. It leads to a Master of Science (MSc) qualification.

Leading Strategic Operations

Start date March and September

Part-time Two years Eight residential weeks made up of one week face-to-face modules per quarter, and approximately 20% through a mix of online and face-to-face learning. Entry requirements Normally between one and five years’ post-qualification work experience in any sector with a first or second class UK honours degree (or international equivalent). If candidates do not have a good first degree, we will consider a professional qualification together with five years’ post-qualification work experience. We will also evaluate other relevant qualifications, together with significant experience.
