UHLSPORT HELLENIC LEAGUE
SPORTSMANSHIP & HOSPITALITY AWARD
All referees are required to submit a Match Report
Form within THREE Days of the match.
This report must include a Mark out of 10 for Sportsman-
ship & Hospitality.
The following guidance is issued to help Referee’s de-
termine an appropriate mark.
1. General Treatment (2 Points)
Welcomed on Arrival by Club Official
Refreshments provided pre-match, Half-Time, Post Match
Notification of Appointment Confirmed by Home Team
Match Fee paid in Match Officials Changing Room within
reasonable time following end of match
2. Provision of Equipment/Ground Conditions (1
Point)
Assistant Referee’s Flags Provided.
Pitch Markings – all appropriate
Goal Nets in Position and affixed
Appropriate Number of Sponsors Footballs provided
3. Behaviour of Team Players & Officials (4 Points)
General Behaviour and Conduct of Team Officials and Play-
ers
Compliance with UHL requirement towards ‘ZERO TOLER-
ANCE’
Compliance with Rule regarding Technical Area’s
4. Condition of Referee’s Changing Facility (3
Points)
Appropriate Changing Facility Provided
Cleanliness of Referee Changing Room
Cleanliness of Shower and Toilet facilities
