CLUB HOSPITALITY

The number of adverse reports received last season regarding

HOST Club hospitality has given some concern to the

UHLSPORT Hellenic League Executive members.

To assist ‘Visiting clubs’ to provide an appropriate mark for

their hosts on the day the following guidance is offered

HOSPITALITY MARK

Visiting Clubs must provide a hospitality mark (0 – 10) for all

AWAY fixtures when submitting the Match Result Form (MRF)

via the website link.

The following guidance should help to determine an appropri-

ate mark.

1. General Treatment by Host Club (3 Marks)

a. Welcomed on Arrival

b. Overall Treatment whilst at ground

2. Refreshments Provided by Hosts (4 Marks)

a. Refreshments provided half time & full-time for

players

b. Refreshments provided half time & full-time for club

officials

c. Refreshments provided before match, if requested.

d. Refreshments available for visiting spectators to

purchase

3. Facilities & Administration (3 Points)

a. Condition of Player Changing Rooms including

showers & toilets

b. Therapist Bench in Player Changing Room

c. Match properly confirmed by HOME Club.
