The residue plots of the back-calculated concentrations on the quadratic fit showed a deviation of less
than 1.5% for the galactose (Figure 7) and of less than 8% for the lactose (Figure 8) without parabolic
trending. Therefore, calculations for precision and accuracy are based on quadratic fit.
