FOODSERVICE INNOVATIONS WITH CALIFORNIA DAIRY ON DISPLAY AT THE
NATIONAL RESTAURANT SHOW IN CHICAGO
TRACY, Calif. – May 10, 2017 – The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will bring
dairy-inspired culinary inspiration to Chicago during the National Restaurant Show (NRA),
which will be held May 20-23 at McCormick Place.
Visitors to Booth #9112 will have a chance to sample quality dairy products made with 100
percent Real California Milk from California’s more than 1,300 dairy families, including
specialty and commodity cheeses, frozen yogurt and gelato, butter and more.
