Consensus guidelines
exist as to contouring both postoperative and
intact cases, and should be utilized. However,
changes are in progress

secondary to concerns as noted above, and appropriate care
should be taken during treatment planning, which may require patient
specific adjustments

IGRT
should be utilized when IMRT is implemented secondary to
the significant inter-fraction variability that can occur.
