About Autologic Assist
Autologic Assist is the industry’s first fully integrated diagnosis support system combining dealer-trained technician expertise with
state-of-the-art technology and access to online databases of third party vehicle information.
Autologic Assist solution spans a suite of capabilities that uses
state-of-art technology to combine extensive online third-party
vehicle data resources and the superior AssistPlus diagnostic
device, with real-time access to the Fault 2 Fix Team of dealer-
trained Master Technicians. It provides Vehicle Diagnostic Support,
for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land
