Interface

The AssistPlus device, running Microsoft

Windows, uses the latest touchscreen

technology, with split screen functions

allowing for two different applications

to run simultaneously. Diagnostic

features include graphing, live data,

remote diagnostics and module coding.

The integrated 5-megapixel camera

captures images that can be sent to

the Fault 2 Fix Team for advice and

assistance. The web browser and

PDF viewer provides users with the

facility to view informative videos or

help documents at the same time as

diagnostic results.

Data Retrieval

Comprehensive diagnostics, giving

all the values required to diagnose

the problem in hand. Compare the

actual value being read from the car

against specified bench mark values to

quickly highlight if the value displayed

is outside the expected range (where

applicable).

The user can also use the assist plus to

build their own test data through quick

tests screen shots, image and video

capture using the file manager which

can be quickly searched and reviewed

to confirm the data of a known good car

against a problem one.

Data Interpretation

All data is displayed in an easy to read

form with familiar menu layout across all

manufacturers.

Technical Videos, seminars, webinars

are also available on the AssistPlus

through the built in web browser

which can connect you straight to

Autologic Assist website. AssistPlus

provides; Symptom Assessment, Fault

code Interpretation, Log File Analysis,

Diagnostic Pathway and Fix Pathway.

Self-help portal connects to technicians’

forum. AssistMobile app and

AssistOnline provide direct access to

100+ European dealer trained Master

Technicians to help guide you through

the data and help you get from fault to

fix fast.

The Vehicle Session Management

records all quick test images and videos

associated with each car. Every time

you test a vehicle with the AssistPlus

device, all the results are stored on-

device against its VIN. The data can

be easily searched by any field Brand,

model, even by partial VINs. This

makes data review of past customers

extremely fast and the user can pick

up where they left off or compare a car

from a previous job to a new job. These

records are stored directly on the

device, with all the reports and media

files synced to your company's online

account.
