No. 29. Gin Fizz (2) ,
Put into the shaker some crushed
ice, Juice of Lemon, 1 liqueur-
glass Dry Gin, 1 white of Egg, and
teaspoonful of powdered Sugar.
Shake well, pour into glass, and fill
up with Tansan.

No. 30. Gin Julep
Teaspoonful of powdered Sugar, some
water to dissolve, few drops Peppermint,
^liqueur-glass Dry Gin.
Fill up glass with crushed Ice, stir
well, add a slice of Orange cut in four,
as well as some Fruit in season. Fill up
with Tansan.
