Proof testing



Additional requirements including:

Identify any failure cause that may give common cause failures.

Test procedures to avoid introducing common cause failures.

–

Schedule for proof tests in accordance with SRS.

–

Frequency determined by PFD

Proof test is repeated after repair of any deficiencies.

Validate and proof tests of SIFs impacted by AP changes.

Management procedures applied to deferrals and preventing

significant delay to proof testing,

Reporting of the “as-found” condition includes all faults found
