Safety planning required for the modification and
re-verification, and includes:

Works carried out in accordance with the planning.
–
FSA carried out.
–
Updating of all documentations affected.
An analysis is required of impact on functional
safety as a result of proposed decommissioning
activity, and this includes an update of the H&RA
to determine the scope of impact to the SIS
safety life cycle.
Documentation and authorization is required
prior to any modifications or decommissioning
activities.
