Dissolve four pieces of sugar in a tumbler

and add:

1 wine glass full of Portwine.

Fill up with boiling water, add a slice oflemon,

serve with a bar spoon.

Dissolve four pieces of sugar in a tumbler

and add:

One glass of Jamaica Rum.

Fill Up with boiling water, add two slices of

lemon, serve with a bar spoon.

Stockholm Toddy.

Dissolve two pieces of sugar in a tumbler and

add:

Halt a cocktail glass of Brandy

Halt a cocktail glass of Portwine

4 dashes of Raspberry syrup.

Fill up with boiling water, add a slice oflemon,

serve with a bar spoon.
