TEMPERANCE DRINKS.
Milk and Seltzer.
(Use large
soda-glass~
Fill the glass half full of milk, and the remaining
half with seltzer water:
Saratoga Cooler.
(Use larg e barglass.)
·r ake r teaspoonful of povvdered white sugar.

nice of half a lemon.
r bottle of ginger ale.

small lumps of ice.
1tir well, and remove the ice b efore serving.
Plain Lemonade.
(Use large barglass.)
Take the juice of half a large lemon.

tablespoonfuls of sugar.

or 3 pieces of orange.
Skake, and serve with straws.
Egg Lemonade.
Same as plain, putting in egg only; shake longer.
