now very rare ( even with free seeds ), but :

Recommandations should be given to the
patients:
•
Sieving the urine at least for a few days
•
Use of a condom for the first five ejaculates
•
Recommandations also for the brachytherapists;
they should adapt their technique in order to
reduce the number of migrations !
