With a substantial maximum torque of 600Nm, the TDV6
is capable of refined and smoothly responsive performance,
sweeping from 0-100kph in just 7.9 seconds.
The engine uses an eight-nozzle low-flow injector
designed for more precise injection and improved fuel
atomisation. The intake system with twin intercoolers
ensures charge cooling, and the engine features the
latest tandem solenoid intelligent Stop/Start system*
to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
SDV8 339PS
The SDV8 Diesel was designed exclusively for the
Range Rover, with 339PS of power the 4.4 litre
‘super-diesel’ combines huge reserves of performance
with impressively low emissions and unparalleled levels
of refinement.
With a staggering 740Nm produced between 1,750
and 2,250rpm, the SDV8 delivers completely effortless
acceleration, surging from 0-100kph in 6.9 seconds
and impressive fuel efficiency reflected in CO
2
emissions
from as low as 229g/km.
The SDV8 achieves its incomparable blend of supreme
driveability and refinement through advanced diesel
technologies, most notably the innovative parallel
sequential turbocharging concept which delivers
outstanding performance and responsiveness
throughout the rev range. The engine also features an
Intelligent Stop/Start system to reduce fuel consumption
and emissions.
